Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Leader? Great!

We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a FULL-TIME, permanent basis at our Busy Bees ST Albans AL4 0HL Nursery, which is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of DOUBLE OUTSTANDING.

As a Room Leader, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practices. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially achieve a promotion!

We are easily accessible with excellent bus links to London, a nearby tube station, and onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader

• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements while guiding your team.
• Most importantly, have FUN!

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
