Qualifications

Room Leader Zero2Five is proud to be working with a quality Day Nursery based in Colliers Wood, who are looking for a passionate and committed Room Leader to join their experienced and motivated team. The role involves providing a safe, fun, stimulating, and motivating environment to help each child reach their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years
  • At least 1 year of experience in a nursery setting
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining high standards of professional conduct and a child-centered approach in accordance with nursery policies, procedures, legislation, the EYFS, and registration requirements.
  2. Encouraging the participation and involvement of parents in their child's development.
  3. Promoting high standards of the nursery to parents, staff, and visitors.
  4. Supporting children's progress across all areas of development through interaction and extension of play activities.
  5. Ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
  6. Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children.
  7. Supporting and supervising other staff within your room.
