Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a Day Nursery
• At least 1 year's experience leading and supporting teams
• Ability to inspire, energise, and support others
• Genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
