Nursery Room Leader – Baby Room
Salary: £31,000 per
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent | All year round

Our client, a well-established and nurturing nursery setting, is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in their baby room.


This role is ideal for a qualified Level 3 practitioner who has hands-on experience working with babies and is ready to take the next step in their early years career. The successful candidate will lead a small team, providing high-quality care in a calm, responsive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with babies in a nursery or similar early years setting.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role (desirable but not essential).
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, team-oriented approach.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and supporting the youngest learners.
