Salary: £18k – £20k

Our client is are looking for an outstanding Nursery Room Leader & Nursery Nurse to join their dynamic Childcare Team.

What experience and qualifications must I have to apply?

• Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Understanding of play based approach to children’s learning and development
• An understanding of the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS 2014)
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of working in a high quality childcare environment
• Experience of leading and managing a team
