Requirements

• Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• At least 2 years' previous experience working in a Day Nursery
• At least 1 year's experience leading and supporting teams
• Ability to inspire, energise, and support others
• A genuine passion and excitement for working with children and helping others learn
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
