Job summary

Partou Oxton Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the daily running of a room and lead a small team in a warm, supportive environment. The role focuses on providing stimulating activities that align with EYFS and safeguarding practices, while building strong partnerships with families.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive space, coaching staff, and delivering high-quality early years education.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.

About the Role

Partou Oxton Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
