Our Clients in Barnet are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to support one of their busy rooms in their growing nursery. Salary is up to £33,500 depending on experience and offering great benefits. Interested, get in touch.

Requirements

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
