About the role:

As a Room Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, fostering children's development in inspiring environments. This role is a stepping stone towards becoming a leading childcare professional.

What will the role involve?

  1. Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
  2. Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  3. Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  4. Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us)
