Job description

We are currently recruiting for a strong and experienced nursery practitioner to work in the baby room at one of our clients in the South East London area.

Information:

  1. Location: Anerley
  2. Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
  3. Contract: Full time (40 hours a week)
  4. Start Date: On completion of recruitment process

Your duties as a Nursery Practitioner:

  1. Assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of activities that support young children’s learning, development and health ensuring consistency of high-quality provision.
  2. Stimulating learning environment that encourages children to learn and develop through play.
  3. Have an extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure and to report to the Nursery Manager any concerns about children.
  4. Ensure that work is carried out in line with all relevant statutory children’s legislation and comply with Ofsted standards and registration.

Applicant requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1-2 years UK experience
  2. NVQ Level 2/3 in childcare or early years (or equivalent)
  3. Eligible to work in the UK
  4. Full enhanced DBS
  5. Up to date CV
  6. Travelling distance to post code area
  7. Flexible to be on rota
  8. Dedicated and committed
