Overview

Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or 3 | Up to £28,000 | 40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days

Responsibilities
  • Create a positive, child-led learning environment that supports every child's emotional, social, and cognitive development
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Encourage outdoor play in a well-equipped, all-weather garden space to support physical and exploratory learning
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of care and education
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, acting as a key person and offering consistent, individualised support
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and inclusive setting, ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
  • Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years or equivalent - essential
  • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
