Your Responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner:

• To create a welcoming, nurturing environment that encourages growth and learning.
• To create and carry out entertaining activities that are specific to each child.
• To maintain accurate records to inform parents and coworkers as you observe and evaluate the development of the kids.
• To build a good rapport with your kids, their parents, and your coworkers to encourage effective communication and teamwork.
• To make sure the children are safe and healthy by strictly adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualifications in children’s Learning and Development, Childcare, or equivalent qualification
• A genuine passion for early childhood education shown through your experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
