Nursery Practitioner - Level 3/2 - ASAP - £23,000+

Nursery Practitioner needed in SE3! We are currently hiring for a Nursery Practitioner in our wonderful setting in Blackheath. Our well-established nursery has been open since 2012 and offers 'musical and performing arts' classes alongside the educational curriculum. We are looking for a nursery practitioner who is energetic, passionate about early years, and can bring a warm and positive attitude to our team.

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Delivering the highest standard of care and education.
2. Supporting and conducting 1-2-1 meetings with parents regarding your key children's development.
3. Writing daily and weekly observations on the children under your care.
4. Ensuring internal policies, procedures, and legislation from governing bodies are followed.
5. Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures through impact statements, meetings, and practice.
6. Understanding safeguarding procedures and informing the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) of any concerns related to safeguarding children, families, or colleagues.

Candidate requirements:

1. Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare.
2. Understanding of the EYFS.
3. At least 1 year of experience within a nursery setting.
4. A positive and caring attitude.
