We are currently hiring Nursery Practitioners of all abilities at our amazing setting in Bromley (BR2)! Our setting is located a 15-minute walk from Bromley South station, with a sister site in Sidcup. We offer diverse forms of active play that allow children to explore, discover, and investigate independently. Our children have access to natural resources that promote innovative and imaginative play, enabling them to immerse themselves in their own adventures. We actively encourage children to engage in growing and harvesting vegetables for use in our cooking activities.

We explore outdoor spaces within the wider community to broaden horizons and promote safe risk-taking in a secure environment.

Main tasks and duties include:

  1. Keeping records of children's progress for sharing with parents and carers.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning and care.
  3. Supporting other nursery staff members.
  4. Creating an environment that meets children's cultural and medical needs.
  5. Advising the Nursery Manager about concerns related to children or parents, respecting confidentiality.
  6. Adhering to nursery policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  7. Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  8. Creating fun and educational activities for children.

Ideal candidates will hold:

  • Level 2 & 3 qualification in childcare.
  • Experience in a nursery setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS.
  • Excellent communication skills.
