Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education in Salford is seeking an Early Years Practitioner on a supply basis to provide safe, engaging experiences for children aged 0 to 5. This role offers flexible hours across Holyrood Salford and Media City sites, with on-site support from a friendly team and opportunities for paid training.

You’ll work as part of a warm, nature-inspired nursery setting, supporting daily routines, building strong relationships with children and parents, and promoting wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
