About our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Oxford Ladygrove hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. The warm and friendly team is looking forward to welcoming a new SEN Specialist Nursery Practitioner. The suitable candidate will need SEN experience to ensure our children get the best start in life. Working part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm.

Our nursery has good transport links, local shops, parks, and cafes.

Role Responsibilities

• As a keyworker, meet each child's needs, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Manage observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS standards, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements.
• Most importantly… have FUN!

*Requirements: Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
