Aspire People is working with a lovely school-based nursery in Redditch. They are looking to hire an experienced Nursery Practitioner on a long-term basis with an immediate start.

The role involves supporting children aged 3-4 years old. You should be caring, understanding, flexible, and able to motivate children while planning activities and setting learning objectives in line with the EYFS Curriculum.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months UK experience in a school or nursery setting.
• Level 3 or 2 in Childcare or equivalent.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
• Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to undertake training.
• Comfortable with nappies if required.
• Ability to provide two references, including the most recent employer.

It is essential to have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and experience working with children aged 3-4. Multiple positions are available with immediate start dates.
