Pertemps Education are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school who are seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children’s early development in a nurturing school environment.

The Role
  • Working within the Nursery provision of the primary school.
  • Supporting children with their learning and development, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Carrying out personal care duties as required.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
  • Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to ensure every child thrives.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience of working in a Nursery or Early Years setting (essential).
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – desirable.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Willingness and ability to carry out personal care responsibilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
