This prepares our children for an effortless transition into pre-prep education and beyond.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Nursery, to join our team in delivering the provision of a full-year year, broad based, rich and academically excellent, curriculum for our 6 month to 4 year old children as they prepare for transition to an academic prep school.

You will join our team playing your part in the delivery of a high quality, academically focused early years education whilst providing a safe, nurturing environment within which our children can grow.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months – 4 years.
  • Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

Candidates will be expected to follow our Safer Recruitment processes which includes completion of an application form, undergoing an interview process, and the Company obtaining suitable references and an Enhanced DBS check.

  • Salary: Dependent on experience, max £28,000

Schedule: 40 hour week, flexible working patterns within Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
