Job Description:

Banana Moon Colchester is recruiting for qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners with a minimum of Level 3 qualification. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

As a Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities include:

• Planning curriculum activities with colleagues according to the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Providing a warm and caring environment for children
• Working as part of a team with shared responsibilities

Available schedules:

• 10-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime and weekend availability

Requirements include:

• Safeguarding children, including supervision and care
• Building strong partnerships with parents, including participating in development reviews and providing daily feedback
• Taking on key worker responsibilities, observing and planning for children's needs, and providing stimulating activities
• Tracking children's progress using our Parent App
• Adhering to nursery policies and procedures
• Utilizing technology such as tablets linked to our 'Parent App' and biometric entry systems
