Nursery Practitioner - Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: Flexible between 8am - 6pm

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Aspire People is working with a vibrant nursery setting in Milton Keynes, supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years, including those with suspected SEND needs. We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to become part of this nurturing team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting children in their early years development, learning, and play
  • Encouraging creativity, exploration, and curiosity
  • Contributing to a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child\'s individual needs
About You
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years or Childcare
  • Passionate about early childhood education
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a great team player
  • Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of children
  • Eager to continue learning through professional development
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but we warmly welcome newly qualified practitioners looking for their first role
