Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a Senior Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms across our UK nurseries and to drive the Bee Curious curriculum, ensuring high standards of care and learning.

You will lead a team, support staff development, and build strong family connections as the Key Person, while maintaining safe, engaging environments for children.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Experience implementing the Bee Curious curriculum and overseeing multiple rooms.
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues to promote high standards of care.

Required Qualifications
