Job Description:

Colourbox Montessori School are currently recruiting for two outstandingqualifiedNursery Practitioner's to join our nursery, or two people seeking to enrol on a Level 3 Childcare qualification. This role is a full-time position with the opportunity for continuous professional development and additional training and promotion, where your main duties will be nurturing and caring for the development of children from 3 months to 5years old. If you love working with children, or see yourself in a role that allows you to be creative and share your skills with others, this could be the place for you.

Duties:

  • Having a key group of children, observing, and recording their development.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Building positive and successful relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Option to work a 4-day week, compressed hours.
  • Social events provided by the nursery.
  • In-house Montessori and CPD training.
  • Company pension.

Requirements of the role:

  • Living and working in the UK with full rights to do so.
  • A Full and Relevant Level 3+ Childcare qualification or willing to take on one.
  • An enhanced DBS check (we will apply for this).
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS.
  • First aid, Basic food hygiene and safeguard training desirable, but training is provided.
  • Previous experience in early years desirable, but not essential.
