Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification) please check here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-an-early-years-qualification
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
