Nursery Practitioner job in Brighton. Immediate start available!

This fantastic nursery located in Brighton is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their expanding team. The organisation has nurseries in multiple locations across Brighton and Hove and is looking for a flexible Nursery Practitioner to work with them. All nurseries hold Good to Outstanding Ofsted ratings. They operate from 07:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, all year round except for one week at Christmas. The nursery requires qualified staff with NQT Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent, and a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Your new role

You will work as a nursery practitioner across Brighton and Hove, assisting with daily activities, supporting children, and using your initiative to help them succeed. Multiple roles are available with flexible hours, including part-time options.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have an NVQ Level 3 Child Care Qualification, recent experience within a nursery or similar environment (within the last 2 years), and be able to provide a reference. A clean enhanced DBS check on the update service is required, or the nursery will conduct one for you. Flexibility, a fun personality, and a good understanding of children's development and behavior management are essential.
