Job summary

Busy Bees Andover Weyhill, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social and emotional development within the Bee Curious curriculum during term-time.

Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Andover Weyhill, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is a nurturing nursery set in the countryside, accommodating up to 40 children. Our facility features large outdoor areas and is staffed by a team of passionate and longstanding professionals dedicated to providing quality care. We offer a variety of extracurricular activities and maintain strong parent partnerships, along with connections to our local nursing home to enrich our community ties. Conveniently, a bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the center, providing access to Andover's train station. What We’re Looking For

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
