Busy Bees Winchester Sutton Scotney, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an Early Years Educator to lead activities and support children's development in a nurturing setting.

You will create stimulating environments, plan age-appropriate EYFS activities, and build strong relationships with families, contributing to high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
