Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is hiring an Early Years Educator for our Welwyn Hatfield region. You will foster physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children within a busy nursery setting.

You will implement the Bee Curious curriculum, support families, and contribute to a warm, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth in every child.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong interest in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

About Our Nursery

Join Busy Bees at our Mardley Hill nursery, a Triple Outstanding rated centre with a capacity for 54 children. Our longstanding team of 17 dedicated staff members creates a warm and inviting home-from-home environment for our children. We maintain strong links with local schools, ensuring smooth transitions for our children as they grow. What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
