Job summary

Busy Bees is hiring an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. The role centres on delivering high-quality early years education within our UK nurseries.

You will contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum, work with a supportive team, and benefit from ongoing professional development, holiday entitlement, and staff discounts. Our nurseries are welcoming and Ofsted-rated, with a community focus.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: good communication, excellent organisational skills, and applying knowledge of child development to plan/deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials for learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Act as Key Person, supporting development and building strong family connections.

Role Responsibilities

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
