Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at St Albans Hospital are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Outstanding. Our warm and friendly team is looking forward to welcoming a new Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to help give our children the best start in life. Role Expectations

• Ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
• Most importantly, have fun!

Qualifications & Experience

*To apply, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.*
