Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children in our nurseries. The role focuses on fostering curiosity and confidence through our Bee Curious curriculum.

The successful candidate will contribute to a high-quality learning environment, partner with families, and grow within a leading nursery group renowned for staff development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: good communication, capable organisational skills, ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
