Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team. You will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children, delivering a high-quality Early Years education within Busy Bees settings.

You will work within the Busy Bees framework, contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum, and benefit from ongoing professional development and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to adapt activities to children's development.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Act as Key Person to support children's development and build family connections.

Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: Good communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
