About our Nursery

Busy Bees Peterborough is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 98 children. The nursery features five spacious, bright rooms across two floors, providing a welcoming environment for children to learn and grow. It has an outdoor space designed to promote self-esteem, confidence, and a love of outdoors through ample learning opportunities. The nursery maintains strong links with local schools to ensure smooth transitions to full-time education, aligning learning objectives accordingly. Free parking is available.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Act as a Key Person: oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: Good communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
