Job summary

Busy Bees Macclesfield is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within our Busy Bees nursery. You'll contribute to delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and work closely with families in a nurturing setting.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 in Early Years Education, with proven experience caring for children under five, strong communication and organisational skills, and a passion for high-quality early education in a welcoming

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is required.
• Experience with children under 5 and EYFS knowledge is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are important for delivering activities and supporting families.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development in line with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.

Busy Bees Macclesfield has a capacity of 98 children and is known for its wonderfully caring staff dedicated to providing excellent childcare. What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
