Nursery Practitioner Level 3 - Greenford

Location: Greenford

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)

Contract: Year round

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our nurturing and vibrant early years setting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development, who is committed to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in a supportive and child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities Of a Nursery Practitioner Level 3

• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
• Be a key person to a group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times
  
  

Requirements Of a Nursery Practitioner Level 3

• A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working in a Nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Passionate about supporting children's learning through play
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork
• Strong communication and organisational skills
