Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to support young children’s early learning and development within our Evesham nursery. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.

The role suits applicants with a Level 3 Early Years qualification, a genuine passion for early childhood education, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare rooms and materials to encourage learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities supporting physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
