Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to support young children’s intellectual, social and emotional development. You will work within Busy Bees’ leading nursery group in the UK, contributing to high-quality early years education and ongoing growth opportunities.

Based at Busy Bees Bicester Kingsmere, you’ll join a dedicated team in a Good-rated setting, benefiting from extensive training, a supportive culture, and a range of staff perks.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5.
• Genuine interest in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support growth.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: monitor each child’s development and build strong family connections.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
