About our Nursery: Busy Bees Swindon Peatmoor has a capacity of 100 children, is rated Good by Ofsted, and features a longstanding staff team. The nursery offers a range of programs and activities, including UP, UP and Active with Buzz, the School program, Busy Hands, and the Bee Curious curriculum, as well as a "Sign of the Week" initiative and a good ratio of qualified staff, including a Level 6 practitioner. We provide large outdoor areas, engage parents through events, and celebrate community activities. The nursery is near a bus stop and a convenience shop, with access to lake and woodland walks. We offer free staff parking and a staff recognition scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • Skills: Good communication, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
