Job summary

Busy Bees in Coventry Allesley Green is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster children’s intellectual, social, and emotional development at our Outstanding nursery. Join a supportive team delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and benefiting from flexible, family-friendly working options.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.

About Our Nursery

Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Coventry Allesley Green, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding facility with a capacity of 46 children. Our longstanding staff includes Centre Director Becky Curran, with 32 years of experience, alongside Chris Lewis and Patricia Ward, each with 20 and 10 years, respectively. We pride ourselves on strong community ties, collaborating with our local Onestop, which judges our internal competitions, and participating in community service activities like litter picking. Conveniently located with a bus terminal directly opposite the center, we provide easy access to both Coventry and Birmingham. What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
