Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Manage observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS for your key children.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Most importantly, have fun!

Requirements

Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
