Job summary

Busy Bees Canterbury is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's development in a nurturing setting, following the EYFS and collaborating with a dedicated team. This role supports families and contributes to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

You will work with a Bee Curious curriculum, benefiting from ongoing professional development and a range of staff benefits within a leading nursery group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5.
• Interest in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong connections with families.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
