Role Expectations

• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
• Most importantly, have FUN!

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
