Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Experience with SEND/ASL needs is a plus.
• Ideally have experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.

Busy Bees Great Denham are proud to hold Ofsted rating Good. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life.

Our purpose-built nursery is close to Bedford, Wootton, Stewartby, Kempston, and Biddenham, as well as near the train station for easy travel, with access to the country park and wider community. Free parking is available at the rear of the nursery.

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

• As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
• And most of all… have FUN!

*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse*
