Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture the development of children at our St Matthews nursery near Lichfield. You will help plan engaging activities, support learning through our Bee Curious curriculum, and be a Key Person for a small group of children.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.

Responsibilities

• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
