Role Expectations

  • As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Most importantly, have fun!

Qualifications

To apply for this role, you must hold a childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as an Early Years Educator, Early Years Teacher, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
