Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children at our Watford nursery, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum in a caring setting. You will help children grow intellectually, socially and emotionally, within a Good-rated nursery close to transport links.

This role offers flexible shifts, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to progress within Busy Bees’ nationwide network, with a focus on high-quality childcare and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Join Busy Bees at our Watford nursery, proudly rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity for 46 children. You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
