Busy Bees Peterborough is seeking an Early Years Educator to contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum, fostering children's intellectual, social, and emotional development.

You will create safe, engaging learning spaces, plan activities, and develop strong partnerships with families as the Key Person, supporting inclusive, high-quality early education consistent with Busy Bees values.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Peterborough is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 98 children. The nursery features five spacious and bright childcare rooms across two floors, providing a welcoming environment for children to learn and grow. It also has an exciting outdoor space designed to promote self-esteem, confidence, and a love of the outdoors through ample learning opportunities. The nursery maintains strong communication links with local schools to ensure a smooth transition to full-time education, aligning all learning objectives accordingly. What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
