Busy Bees Irby is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children under 5. You’ll deliver the Bee Curious curriculum in a safe, inclusive setting and help plan engaging activities.
You’ll have a Key Person role, build strong relationships with families, and track progress through observations. A Level 2 qualification in early years/childcare, empathy, and good communication are essential. We offer ongoing development and a welcoming team culture.

Busy Bees Irby is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 70 children, set in a charming converted farmhouse-style building featuring a beautifully refurbished landscaped garden. You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as anEarly Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
