Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in nursery children. You will deliver engaging activities, support a nurturing Bee Curious curriculum, and participate in a collaborative team culture across UK nurseries.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with children and families, maintaining safe learning spaces, and supporting growth through observations and assessments within Busy Bees' values and standards.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational activities promoting children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the Key Person role, building partnerships with children and families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
