Job summary

Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social and emotional development within our Swindon settings. Join a team that values high-quality education and offers clear growth opportunities through the Bee Curious curriculum.

You will plan engaging activities, foster a safe, inclusive learning environment and build strong relationships with families as a Key Person, contributing to excellent Ofsted-rated care and education

Qualifications

  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
